CO2 Leak Detector

Planning / Implementation: Star Refrigeration Group
Refrigerant: Carbon dioxide (CO2)
System start-up: February 2010

Star Refrigeration in collaboration with Core Enterprises Inc. distributes the AccuTool eL-720 Carbon Dioxide gas leak detector. The eL-720’s long life sensor will detect concentrations of carbon dioxide gas as low as 400 ppm over ambient. False alarms are eliminated due to its high selectivity.

Demands:

The global use of CO2 refrigeration systems is expanding exponentially. The demand was to find even the most difficult-to-find leaks and make the systems safer for the employee.

Solution:

A full automatic, small size and high sensitivity detector, which is easy to handle and effective at locating even the most difficult-to-find-leaks. This CO2 leak detector is run with patented infrared cell technology. The infrared cell is far more advanced than any out there and cannot be duplicated due to CORE’s patents.
