eurammon members win German refrigeration prize
With Nestlé and Gea Grasso two member companies of eurammon belong to the winners of the refrigeration prize 2011, awarded by the German Ministry of Environment. Both are among the winners in the category “climate-friendly use of refrigeration in food production”. The Nestlé company impressed with a new energy supply concept in a new production facility for baby food. GEA Grasso won with “BlueAstrum”, a new extremely compact ammonia chiller for air conditioning and refrigeration applications, which works with high efficiency on a low noise level.
